What this page collects, why, who it is shared with and what your rights are.

I. Who is responsible

The controller of the personal data collected on this page is Wilburn Group LLC, 731 SE Alices Rd # 5871, Waukee, IA 50263 (“we”), selling The Human & Horse Connection Mastery as an authorised reseller for The Stables Horse. Questions about your data: support@digipromostore.com.

II. What we collect and why

When you fill in the form

Your name, email address and phone number. We use them to open your order, send your files and to follow up if you start a purchase but do not finish it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in following up an abandoned order. Pending orders are deleted after 30 days.

When you buy

The above plus your country, billing address and postcode, the amount paid, an order reference, the date, and technical data about the request (IP address, browser). Used to deliver your files, answer support and refund requests, detect fraud and keep the accounting records the law requires. We never see or store your card number — it goes directly to our payment processor.

Website use

Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time), kept briefly for security.

III. Who we share it with

• Paysight: payment orchestration and card processing on our behalf, including 3-D Secure;
• the acquiring bank and payment gateway behind Paysight, which authorise and settle the payment and handle any dispute;
• Hostinger International Ltd.: web hosting and transactional email;
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: only when the advertising pixel is enabled on this page, for advertising measurement (hashed where Meta’s tools allow);
• accountants, legal advisers and IT providers where needed to run the business.

We do not sell personal data. Providers in the United States are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.

IV. How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically 5–7 years). Download logs: 12 months. Support correspondence: 2 years. Pending, unpaid orders: 30 days.

V. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to your local data-protection authority. Email support@digipromostore.com; we respond within 30 days.

Cookie Policy

• Necessary: a session cookie tying your checkout to your order and an order cookie that lets the thank-you page show your downloads. No tracking data.
• Marketing (only if the advertising pixel is enabled): Meta’s _fbp/_fbc cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking the necessary ones prevents checkout from completing.
