I. Who you are buying from

The Seller is an authorised reseller of The Human & Horse Connection Mastery, a digital guide created and owned by The Stables Horse (the “Author”). Your contract is with the Seller; the Author retains all intellectual-property rights in the content.

II. What you are buying
Digital content: the the digital edition (PDF) of The Human & Horse Connection Mastery, a 300+ page illustrated guide. No physical goods are shipped; the hardcover edition shown as sold out on the page is not part of this offer.

III. Price and payment
The price is shown at checkout in USD and is a one-time payment of $9.99. No subscription, no trial, no renewal, no further charge of any kind. Any applicable taxes are included.
Payment is taken by card through our payment processor; card details are entered into the processor’s secure form and never touch our servers. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure).
The charge appears on your statement as Wilburn Creations. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before contacting your bank — we resolve it the same day.
IV. Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic: after payment you are taken to a page with your download links, and the same links are emailed to the address you entered. Links stay valid for 30 days; reply to your order email for fresh ones at any time, free of charge.
V. Right of withdrawal
Where consumer law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content, you acknowledge that by completing checkout you request immediate delivery and, once the download is made available, may lose that statutory right. The voluntary guarantee below is broader and unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the price paid. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
